Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and carry out market research to assess customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and agencies.
- Coordinate with the advertising and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and modify strategies to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Advertising Sales Manager or similar role.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of advertising sales and media channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management within the advertising industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- In-depth understanding of digital and traditional advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales pitches.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Conditions:
