Responsibilities

  • Execute generic marketing tasks as required. Needs to be fully conversant with all marketing aspects.
  • Take-over client accounts from Sales and execute onboarding of clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, providing regular updates and strategic advice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and exceeded
  • Develop tailored advertising strategies across Meta & Google platforms
  • Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and reporting with a focus on KPIs
  • Present campaign insights, performance reviews, and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and media buying)
  • Identify new opportunities to scale accounts and maximize client ROI

Requirements

  • 2+ years in account management or advertising role within a digital marketing/agency setting
  • Proven experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and relationship management
  • Skilled in campaign reporting, data interpretation, and delivering actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
