Greaves Pakistan Private Limited (part of Ghulam Faruque Group) is looking for a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Manager Finance at Sales Office Lahore.
Job Specification
Individual will be responsible for the management of all kind of accounting activities of Lhr, Mtn, Fsd offices and ensure timely preparation and entering of vouchers into SAP System. Preparation of various management reports on time and conduct various works as time to time assigned.
Major Responsibilities
- Individual must be ACMA / ACCA with 08-10 years Accounts & Finance experience in a reputed organization.
- Responsible for the complete accounting cycle related to payables, receivables, recoveries and expenses verification.
- Verify all vouchers entered in SAP System pertaining to Lahore, Faisalabad Region.
- Prepare various reports for management like Receivables, Payables, Monthly Targets Achievement, Expenses, and Budgets.
- Issuance of DCs and Indents as per company credit policy.
- Actively follow-up with Sales & Service Department for timely collection.
