Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure production and delivery of finished goods meet customer quality standards.Ensure all cutting, stitching, and finishing processes comply with established quality requirements.Develop, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing objectives in line with company policies.Track and analyze performance metrics such as DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) and FPY (First Pass Yield), maintaining detailed statistical quality records.Implement and enforce needle policies and technical quality guidelines across all garment manufacturing processes.Lead and participate in Pre-Production (PPR) meetings to ensure that sample improvements are incorporated into bulk production.Supervise sample shipment approvals (buttons, trims, press samples, etc.) and conduct internal quality training sessions for staff.Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings.Prepare and submit weekly performance reports highlighting achievements, quality trends, and improvement areas.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.6–8 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) within the Apparel industry.
