Job Summary:
Business Analyst would be responsible for designing and creating payment system processes, analyzing different business requirements as well as technological approaches, evaluating technical solutions, and utilizing the best methods to meet client requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a business module owner, assuming ownership of the team's business scope and the related systems

• Elaborate and prioritize user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria for product functionalities on the basis of epics

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements, uncovering areas for improvement

• Actively follow industry news and payments companies and contribute to the payments knowledge and trainings repository of the company.

• Works closely with Developer, QA, UX developers, PO and SM in SCRUM ceremonies to add value.

• Evaluate impact of changes made & Associated risks

• Review the progress of feature pipeline closely on daily scrum calls.

• Effectively break down functional requirements and translate to appropriate-sized epics and user stories.

• Conduct surveys, analysis the results & Write reports to present to stakeholders

• You have the ability to learn new technology/systems/applications quickly

• Leading meetings and presentations to share ideas, Requirements and findings.

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful Documents

• Create suggestions and solutions for strategic and operational changes

• Document and communicate backlog acceptance criteria along with relevant artifacts.

Required Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to partner effectively with all Technology and business units

• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Business Processes.

• Be a productive, efficient team player. Collaborate with senior members of the team to provide input on how to approach client problems and project challenges.
