Position: Call Center Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Night Shift

Salary: Starting from PKR 30,000/-

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
  • Engage customers with confidence, delivering clear and timely information.
  • Accurately record customer details and maintain call logs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend services.
  • Communicate in a professional yet approachable manner that builds trust.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Age: 18 years or older.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving ability.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude with quick learning skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry knowledge.
