We are working as a litigation based center working with Top Rated Insurance Carriers in the USA. We are looking for a dedicated CSR who can join our team and boost their confidence and skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Call Agent. The Call Agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing customer support, resolving customer complaints, and documenting customer interactions accurately. The Call Agent will also maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, follow communication scripts, and handle high-call volumes efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high-call volumes
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer service software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good team player
