Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Lahore and is designed for Social Media Content Creators in an internship-to-job pathway. The role involves designing and creating engaging content for various social media platforms, coordinating with the marketing team for campaign alignment, and analyzing trends to optimize strategies. Additional responsibilities include scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, and collaborating with graphic designers or video editors to produce high-quality content.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Copywriting skills
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Analytics tools
  • Graphic Design familiarity and knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Strong Research, Trend Analysis, and Creative Thinking abilities
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in internships or volunteer work related to social media is a plus
