Job Title: Business Developer – Staff Augmentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified business opportunities for IT staff augmentation and outsourcing services.
  • Approach, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships.
  • Present and promote Sprouto Group's technical staffing, software development, and digital solutions.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and technical teams to create proposals, quotations, and project plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
  • Represent Sprouto Group professionally at all touchpoints with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or staff augmentation.
  • Strong knowledge of outsourcing, offshore hiring, or IT resource models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Base Salary + Commission on successful deals and recurring accounts.
