Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth with international clients. This role is based onsite in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, and focuses on generating leads, engaging clients, and promoting our IT staff augmentation and outsourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
- Approach, engage, and convert clients interested in IT staffing, outsourcing, and digital solutions.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information using CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation.
- Strong understanding of offshore hiring and IT resource models.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email automation tools.
- Goal-driven, confident, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
