Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify top talent for roles in the US market.
  • Screen candidates to ensure qualification and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process until placement.
  • Collaborate with Devitage to meet hiring needs and timelines.
  • Use your own recruitment tools, networks, and platforms to deliver results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in US recruitment (minimum 2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, US job boards, and hiring trends.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quality candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Access to your own recruitment tools and networks.
