What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies focused on driving eCommerce sales.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Define campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets in alignment with business objectives.
- Launch, test, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google & Meta.
- Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Adapt campaigns quickly to reflect active promotions, deals, and seasonal events.
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and Excel reports for clear and actionable insights.
- Take a proactive, growth-focused approach: identify scaling opportunities, test new strategies, and align spend with product performance.
What you'll bring into the table:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and scale eCommerce sales.
- Experience managing budgets of $25,000+ USD per month.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to report insights and recommendations.
- Experience driving Amazon product sales through external traffic.
- Familiarity with Amazon Attribution or similar tracking tools.
- Experience in the skincare and beauty industry.
- TikTok Shop Ads or other emerging platforms.
- Basic SEO knowledge for landing page optimization.
