Position Title: Sales Manager

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Role Summary: We are hiring an ambitious Sales Manager to lead the sales and dealership expansion for our new Electric Vehicle division. The role involves developing sales strategies, building partnerships, and achieving revenue targets while promoting sustainable mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the B2B and B2C sales strategy for electric vehicles.
  • Identify and onboard dealership partners and distributors.
  • Develop pricing, promotional, and go-to-market plans.
  • Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM reporting.
  • Drive field sales operations and lead a growing sales team.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and auto industry events.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly sales target achievement ≥ 100%.
  • Dealer onboarding ≥ 3 per quarter.
  • Customer satisfaction score ≥ 90%.
  • Sales conversion rate ≥ 25%.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience in EV, automotive, or tech-based product sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
