We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Vehicle Stock Listing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing and maintaining our vehicle inventory listings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle stock listings, ensuring all vehicle information is recorded and easily accessible.
  • Vehicle Descriptions: Write clear and accurate descriptions for all vehicles, including key specifications, features, and condition details.
  • Photographs and Media: Ensure that high-quality photos and other relevant media (e.g., videos) are taken for each vehicle, showcasing its features and condition.
  • Online Listings: Post and update vehicle information on various online platforms (including company websites and third-party sites like Autotrader, Indeed, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the inventory reflects the most current vehicle availability and status.
  • Market Research: Assist with analyzing competitor listings and pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Quality Control: Review and proofread vehicle listings for accuracy before posting.
  • Customer Interaction: Occasionally respond to inquiries from prospective buyers about vehicle information, availability, and pricing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in inventory management, automotive sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with online listing platforms or inventory management software.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle specifications, features, and industry terminology.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles and tasks simultaneously.
