About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Contract & Vendor Manager to lead vendor communications, contract negotiations, and equipment agreements across our retail operations. This role is critical in maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships, contract creation, and negotiations for new and existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely installations and product deliveries.
  • Review contracts for risks, ensure legal compliance, and maintain records of permits and tax exemptions.
  • Oversee rebate processing, promotional signage, ACH agreements, and data integration.
  • Maintain accurate vendor contact databases and manage vendor portal access.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract and vendor management, ideally within retail or consumer packaged goods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
  • Must be willing and able to work night shifts.
