ABS International is hiring an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to lead overnight channel growth and content optimization. You will own end-to-end channel strategy, leverage YouTube SEO and analytics to increase watch time and subscribers, and coordinate production across teams. This role is ideal for creators and digital marketers who understand YouTube's growth levers and can deliver measurable channel results.

Your impact — core responsibilities

• Build and execute a data-driven content calendar aligned with audience trends and seasonality.
• Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) and playlists for search and suggested traffic using YouTube SEO best practices.
• Design thumbnail strategies and A/B test assets to improve CTR and retention.
• Monitor YouTube Analytics (watch time, CTR, audience retention) and translate metrics into actionable content adjustments.
• Manage end-to-end publishing workflow: upload, chapters, end screens, cards, timestamps, and captions.
• Lead community engagement: timely comment moderation, polls, pinned comments and subscriber conversion tactics.
• Coordinate with editors, scriptwriters and graphic designers to maintain brand consistency and production schedules.
• Stay current with algorithm changes and creator trends; implement continuous improvements.

Must-have (minimum qualifications)

• 2+ years managing or owning YouTube channels with demonstrable growth results (subscribers, watch time, CTR).
• Proven experience with video SEO, metadata optimization and YouTube Analytics.
• Hands-on with basic video editing or collaboration with editors (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
• Practical experience or strong familiarity with thumbnail design (Canva/Photoshop) and A/B testing.
• Comfortable working night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) and on-site in Karachi.
• Strong communicator and project manager — experience using tools like Trello, Notion, Slack or similar.

Nice-to-have

• Experience using TubeBuddy, vidIQ, SEMrush YouTube tools, or Google Trends for content research.
• Prior role scaling a brand channel (monetization, membership, or ad revenue experience).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
