Job Summary

Makaan Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the real estate industry and a proven track record of running successful lead generation campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid lead generation campaigns via Google Search, Display, and YouTube, as well as Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Generate high-quality real estate leads within target CPL (Cost Per Lead) benchmarks.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives.
  • Work with internal teams to align ad content, creatives, and landing pages with marketing goals.
  • Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and performance monitoring tools (Facebook Pixel, GTM, Google Analytics).
  • Ensure real-time coordination with sales teams for lead follow-up and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and associated tracking tools.
  • Experience in running campaigns for local and overseas real estate audiences.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, and performance marketing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (optional but preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business API, and automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to data and KPIs.
