Zdigitizing LLC is a renowned provider of embroidery digitizing and vector art services, supporting clients who utilize embroidery machinery. With a rapidly expanding global client base, we aim to strengthen our outreach efforts by hiring a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to help broaden our customer base and support long-term business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct proactive lead-generation activities to identify and attract potential customers.

* Engage with prospects through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and multiple social media channels.

* Use CRM tools to manage, track, and update lead interactions.

* Segment and analyze target audiences to develop effective outreach strategies.

* Maintain communication with potential clients through regular follow-ups.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to refine techniques and boost conversion rates.

* Prepare weekly performance reports detailing lead status and pipeline progress.

**Job Requirements**

**Experience:**

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, outbound marketing, or similar roles.

**Skills:**

* Strong written and verbal English communication.

* Proficiency in lead sourcing, research, and social outreach.

* Basic analytical and technical skills.

* Familiarity with MS Word & Excel.

* Strong organization and time-management abilities.

* Ability to work independently and consistently meet monthly targets.

*Compensation & Benefits**

* Basic Salary: PKR 25,000 per month.

* This is a target-oriented position requiring monthly lead-achievement goals.

* Additional commissions and performance bonuses will be awarded for surpassing assigned targets.

**System, Timing & Other Conditions**

* Must have a working laptop and stable high-speed internet connection.

* Backup electricity supply for 6–8 hours to avoid workflow interruption.

* Flexible working hours between 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (PST).
