Job Specifications

Job Description

  • Process and generate invoices accurately according to specific price agreements and terms.
  • Ensure timely billing to customers, maintaining accuracy and consistency in all billing activities.
  • Monitor, identify, and resolve any issues or discrepancies in invoices promptly.
  • Keep detailed records of all pricing proposals and updates for internal tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to verify billing data and ensure alignment with pricing agreements.
  • Assist in generating billing-related reports and provide analytical support for the billing process.
  • Maintain and update billing records in the system to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.
