Job Description
- Process and generate invoices accurately according to specific price agreements and terms.
- Ensure timely billing to customers, maintaining accuracy and consistency in all billing activities.
- Monitor, identify, and resolve any issues or discrepancies in invoices promptly.
- Keep detailed records of all pricing proposals and updates for internal tracking.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify billing data and ensure alignment with pricing agreements.
- Assist in generating billing-related reports and provide analytical support for the billing process.
- Maintain and update billing records in the system to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.
