Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Medical Coder located in Rawalpindi. The Certified Medical Coder will be responsible for accurately coding medical records using established standards, ensuring the coding quality meets organizational requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing medical documentation, assigning appropriate medical codes, maintaining accurate coding records, and collaborating with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Medical Coding, including Coding Experience and RHIT certification
  • Knowledge of Health Information Management and Medical Terminology
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with medical staff
  • Experience in using coding software and familiarity with coding guidelines and regulations
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
