Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Medical Informatics Officers to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our IT team for digital healthcare solution development and support US-based physicians for system implementation and training. This role requires strong medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international environment.

Roles, Responsibilities, & Authorities:

  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and enhance healthcare technology solutions.

  • Work closely with US-based physicians to implement and customize systems as per their requirements.

  • Conduct system training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless adoption of the platform.

  • Provide medical insights and feedback during solution development to align technology with clinical workflows.

  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of clinical content within the solutions.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues reported by users.

  • Act as a liaison between the IT team and medical professionals to bridge the gap between technology and clinical needs.

Competence Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: MBBS degree.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical informatics, or related fields.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both verbal and written.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and tools is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with international stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges.

  • Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare practices.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.
