Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ERP Consultant who is proficient in Arabic and has hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, conduct training, and ensure smooth ERP module deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Implement and configure ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Projects, etc.) according to client needs.
  • Conduct system analysis and propose suitable ERP solutions for business process improvements.
  • Prepare documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Manuals, and Training Guides.
  • Train end-users in Arabic and ensure successful adoption of ERP modules.
  • Coordinate with the development and technical teams for customization requests.
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and go-live assistance.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide post-implementation support, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and project updates to clients.
  • Ensure project timelines are met and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Consultant (SowaanERP, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Fluency in Arabic
    (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, Projects, and HR.
  • Ability to analyze client workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Good knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
