Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Platform development, model-driven app customization, reporting, and integration. Strong functional consulting skills and ability to interact with clients are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power Platform Development: Design and develop Power Automate flows to automate business processes and tasks within CRM and integrated services. Create and customize Power BI reports and dashboards using Dataverse as a data source.
  • Model-Driven App Customization: Build and customize Forms, Views, Dashboards, Charts, Entities, and Columns in Dynamics 365 CRM. Implement Business Rules and JavaScript methods for data validation and enhanced user interactions.
  • Reporting & Integration: Develop and deploy SSRS reports using SQL Server Reporting Services. Integrate SharePoint Online with CRM and customize SharePoint site views.
  • Functional Consulting: Engage in requirement gathering sessions with clients, design scalable solutions, and deliver detailed documentation for customization and implementation plans.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization
  • Proficiency in Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Experience with model-driven app customization (Forms, Views, Dashboards, Charts, Entities, Columns)
  • Knowledge of reporting and integration (SSRS, SharePoint Online)
  • Strong functional consulting skills and ability to interact with clients
  • Experience with C# applications and JavaScript development
  • Familiarity with Sales Hub configuration and Dynamics 365 App for Outlook
