Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital strategies focused on driving off-Amazon traffic to Amazon listings and storefronts. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in digital acquisition, particularly through paid media, influencer marketing, content creation, and funnel optimization with a clear goal: increase Amazon sales through high-converting external traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to drive external traffic to Amazon product listings.
Identify the most effective acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, influencers, blogs, email marketing, etc.).
Plan and implement Amazon Attribution tracking and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Paid Advertising
Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search & Shopping), Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Use Amazon Attribution and Brand Referral Bonus (BRB) programs to track and maximize ROI on external traffic.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor performance using Amazon Attribution, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
A/B test creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve CTR and conversion rate on Amazon.
Analyze customer behavior and adjust marketing strategies to improve ACOS, ROAS, and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Develop and manage influencer campaigns and affiliate partnerships that drive targeted traffic to Amazon listings.
Collaborate with content creators, bloggers, and reviewers to boost brand trust and reach.
Content Marketing & SEO
Oversee creation of SEO-optimized blog content, YouTube videos, and social media content that links to Amazon listings.
Work with internal/external content teams to create landing pages that funnel traffic to Amazon.
Email & SMS Marketing
Build and manage email flows and campaigns that nurture leads and drive them to Amazon.
Grow and segment email lists using lead magnets, social campaigns, and pop-ups.
Requirements4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Amazon growth.
Proven success running off-Amazon traffic campaigns that resulted in measurable sales lift on Amazon.
Experience with Amazon Attribution, Amazon Brand Referral Bonus, and UTM tracking (Urchin Tracking Module).
Deep knowledge of paid traffic platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
Data-driven mindset and strong knowledge of performance metrics and analytics.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
Experience with Shopify or DTC funnels (as a support strategy to Amazon).
Familiarity with affiliate networks like ShareASale, Amazon Influencer Program, or Refersion
Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and listing optimization (keywords, A+ content, etc.).
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout.
