Job Overview:

The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and billing-related tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of financial transactions, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company billing policies and client contract terms.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in the system.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing-related issues.
  • Generate billing reports and provide analysis on billing trends and outstanding balances.
  • Assist with process improvements and automation efforts in the billing department.
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Agency Management Software (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90, Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
