Job Description

Translation Empire PK is seeking a passionate and results-driven Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Manager to lead the design and execution of teacher training and professional development programs as part of a large-scale digital education initiative. This role will focus on driving educational excellence by supporting and upskilling educators through structured training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

The CPD Manager will be responsible for managing a team of CPD Coaches, fostering innovation in teacher learning, and ensuring the effective integration of modern pedagogical approaches within the classroom environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities, deep knowledge of instructional practices, and a passion for improving the quality of education in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 9–10 CPD Coaches, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for teachers.
  • Design and implement teacher support plans to improve content delivery and pedagogical methods in public schools.
  • Oversee onboarding and training of CPD Coaches, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and skills to train and mentor teachers effectively.
  • Monitor progress and impact of the training program through data collection, reporting, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with internal academic teams to align training with research-backed practices and evolving teacher needs.
  • Engage and coordinate with school leadership, education officials, and other stakeholders to support program implementation.
  • Conduct regular assessments and updates to training materials based on classroom realities and teacher feedback.
  • Promote innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the CPD team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project goals while adhering to resource and operational requirements.
  • Provide detailed progress reports and strategic recommendations to project leadership.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to oversee on-ground implementation.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in training development and delivery for teachers.
  • Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of pedagogical frameworks and classroom challenges.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within project regions.
Certification (Preferred):
  • Certifications in teacher training, educational leadership, or digital education solutions are an asset.
