Professional Services Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic Professional Services Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-level technical support, guidance, and expertise in the deployment and operation of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, project management, and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Deployment: Implement Securiti Products on customer infrastructure ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Manage deployments across various platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and on-premise setups.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in Data Privacy & Security, SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux, Networking, Cloud Platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and Virtualization.
• Customer Engagement: Drive post-sales engagement, ensuring successful project implementations. Work with clients to understand their needs and provide expert support during product deployment and integration.
• Solution Implementation: Lead the planning, installation, configuration, and optimization of our software solutions in various client environments.
• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for customers and provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring objectives are met within deadlines and budgets.
• Global Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with our global teams across sales, marketing, product management, professional services, and engineering for a seamless customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• Educational & Professional Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 3+ years of work experience in a client-facing technical role, such as a professional services engineer, technical consultant, or a related technical field.

Technical Expertise:

• 2+ years of experience with large enterprises, focusing on data projects.
• Proficiency in Data Privacy and Security (DLP, Encryption, Access, Classification, etc.), SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux, Bash scripting, Python, Golang, and Linux-based system components.
• Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure) and experience architecting infrastructures for diverse application scales.
• Knowledge of container technologies, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in software deployment, configuration, and system performance tuning.
• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of data security, privacy, compliance, and associated regulations.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing technical projects with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. A passion for technology, teamwork-oriented attitude, and flexibility in diverse environments.
