Job Description

We are looking for a motivated
Sales & Estimation Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
to join our Sales & Estimation team. This is an
office-based role
designed for young engineers to begin their careers in automation and project estimation. The selected candidate will receive structured training and guidance to support proposal preparation, cost estimation, and sales coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing
    cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals
    .
  • Review client RFQs and specifications under the supervision of senior engineers.
  • Support the preparation of offers for
    Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, and PLC panels
    .
  • Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for technical and pricing inputs.
  • Maintain documentation of offers and assist with client follow-ups.
  • Participate in internal meetings and client discussions for exposure to sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
    .
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of
    automation, PLC, SCADA/DCS, and electrical systems
    .
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD/EPLAN is a plus.
