About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flutter Developer based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Key responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and maintaining mobile apps, integrating REST APIs, ensuring seamless UI/UX experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including backend, design, and QA. The role requires strong technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience with deploying apps to both Android and iOS platforms.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off:
Monday to Friday (Saturdays & Sundays Off)

Salary:
Competitive and based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
  • Integrate REST APIs, backend services, and third-party libraries/plugins.
  • Work with state management solutions (Provider, GetX, Bloc, Riverpod etc.).
  • Implement responsive UI and ensure design consistency across devices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  • Deploy applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
  • Strong command of the Dart programming language.
  • Proficiency in state management frameworks (Provider, GetX, Bloc, Riverpod).
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, REST APIs, and JSON parsing.
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in publishing and managing apps on Play Store & App Store.
  • Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging).
  • Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile app pipelines.
  • Experience with push notifications, analytics, and app monitoring tools.
