Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring for "QA Supervisor" for one of their reputed client located in Karachi.

Position: QA Supervisor

Department: Quality Assurance

Industry: FMCG / Food

Location: Korangi Industrial Area

Experience: 2 Years in FMCG / Pharmaceutical QA Packaging Operations

Skill: SAP QA Module, MS Excel / Any Quality related training

Timings: WPPF after completion one year

Working Days: 5 working days in a week

Other Benefits: 18 Leaves, Attendance Allowance, Night Duty Allowance, Gratuity, WPPF after completion one year

ACCOUNTABILITIES – Holding Answerable For

  • Defects Monitoring
  • Result Recording
  • Timely decision for Quality issues at Floor

RESPONSIBILITIES – Duties to Perform

  • Carry out In Process/Final /Dispatch Inspection & maintain the Quality Standard of Packaging during Production operations.
  • Carry out Product Weight & Volume Inspection during Production Operations through Sampling.
  • Liaison with Production Supervisor, Technicians & Floor In-charges for Improvement actions on Defects/Machine.
  • Perform Daily Inspection of Data Entry PC's/Tablets, Pack Collection Trolleys, Weighing scales, Volumetric Jars & other QA assets. Also ensure its protection & placement at designated areas.
  • Initiate & Participate in Process Improvement / Kaizen activities.
  • Provide Training to the down the Level Workforce (Operator/Worker/Inspectors)
  • Participate in implementation of Hygiene, Food Safety & 5S Practices.
  • Shall have basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Windows Operations.
  • Shall be Punctual along with basic communication skills.
  • Identify and report Health & Safety Hazard.
  • Any other job assigned by QA Department.

  • In process packaging Inspection.
  • Result Recording.
  • Communicate Line issues to process In charges.
