Job Summary

The Front Sales Executive for eBooks will be responsible for engaging potential clients (inbound leads generated through ads, calls, through platforms, and marketing), pitching eBook services, and closing sales. The role involves understanding customer needs (e.g., ghostwriting, editing, publishing, marketing), offering tailored packages, negotiating, and ensuring smooth handover to operations teams.

This is a target-driven role with a strong focus on communication, persuasion, and relationship-building, often requiring night shifts to align with international clients.

1–2 years of experience in front sales, BPO, or digital services sales (experience in eBook/Publishing industry is a plus).

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

Comfortable working in night shifts to cater to US/UK clients.

Familiarity with CRMs and digital sales tools.

Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated under pressure.
