Maintenance Engineer

HRSI is looking for a "Maintenance Engineer" for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute site maintenance program for solids manufacturing production machine with timely completion of work order and maintenance job.

Manage and ensure compliance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Take measures to avoid machine breakdowns and reduce respective breakdown maintenance cost.

Maintain effective safety stocks of necessary Machine spares in Engineering Store to reduce the breakdown times.

Implement in time OEE and B&C projects.

Execute calibration program for Weighing Balance, Pressure and Temperature Gauges, recorders etc. in solids value streams.

Prepare necessary documentation as and when required like Maintenance SOPs, Job description of reporting staff, Prepare new machines URS (with coordination of concerned production/QA persons) etc.

Supports NPLs by providing efficient feedback and in time availability of Machine tooling.

Assist in liaise with QA/Production to arrange line trial of new packaging materials, review specifications etc.

Provide effective feedback to the Maintenance Manager in making or buying decisions, supports new vendor development, and production-related capital investments required at site.

Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.

Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.

Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
