Electronics Engineer – Factory Systems

We are seeking a curious and technically skilled Electronics Engineer to join our production and maintenance team. This role is designed for someone who may not have direct experience with our industry-specific machinery but is confident working with control systems, sensors, relays, and automation logic, and is ready to learn fast, observe carefully, and improve what's already working.

The right candidate will work alongside experienced technicians, understand our machine behavior, and gradually bring structure, documentation, and deeper fault analysis into our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with in-house technicians to understand the behavior of production machines, their sensor systems, relay setups, and control logic
  • Assist in diagnosing faults related to timing issues, relay misfires, sensor errors, or logic mismatches
  • Document machine circuits, signal flows, and basic logic diagrams for internal troubleshooting
  • Recommend and test low-risk improvements in signal reliability, component placement, or circuit protection
  • Use diagnostic tools (multimeter, signal testers, etc.) to verify sensor inputs and relay outputs
  • Support preventive maintenance planning by identifying electronics-related wear and failure points
  • Help build internal fault logs, with root-cause insights for recurring machine issues
  • Collaborate with machine vendors (local or international) for upgrades or control-related queries
  • Stay alert to signs of loose wiring, relay lag, component heating, or signal fluctuation and suggest permanent fixes
  • Respect the unique nature of our factory environment — balancing new ideas with existing practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical (with electronics emphasis)
  • 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred (fresh graduates welcome if eager to learn)
  • Strong grasp of relays, limit switches, signal lines, sensors, solenoids, and control wiring
  • Ability to use basic tools: multimeter, continuity tester, basic logic checkers
  • Good written documentation and basic reporting skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Must be willing to observe, listen, and integrate into a niche industry environment
  • A mindset of "learn first, improve second" — no overconfidence, but quiet capability
