About the Role

We are seeking a talented Professional
Architect and Architectural Draftsman
to join our growing team. This role requires creativity, precision, and technical expertise to deliver permit-ready designs that fully comply with US building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural design concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
  • Create 3D models and high-quality renderings.
  • Prepare permit-ready drawings in compliance with US building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers for seamless project execution.
  • Produce detailed drafts, CAD drawings, and construction documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture
    (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an
    Architect or Architectural Draftsman
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    ,
    Revit
    ,
    SketchUp
    , or similar design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of US building codes and standards.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines.
