HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HVAC Supervisor that will ensure efficient functioning, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standardsResponsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluationsOversee the installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, and related components.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain parts and services as neededRequirementsComprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, ductwork, and controlsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsProficiency in using tools and equipment related to HVAC operation and maintenanceProficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, including electrical and mechanical componentsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or HVAC certification preferredExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, including leadership or supervisory rolesBenefits Opportunity to work for a leading health andwellness brandDynamic and fast -paced work environmentOpportunity to learn and grow yourcareer
