We are seeking an experienced and proactive HVAC Supervisor that will ensure efficient functioning, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee the installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, and related components.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain parts and services as needed

Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, ductwork, and controls
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to HVAC operation and maintenance
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, including electrical and mechanical components

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or HVAC certification preferred

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, including leadership or supervisory roles
