Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for Cold Caller & Dispatcher. The Cold Caller & Dispatcher will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, dispatching drivers, managing routes, and negotiating rates. Additional responsibilities include maintaining thorough records, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, assisting with IFTA, hiring drivers, and working closely with the factoring team to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for making cold calls and negotiating rates
  • Experience in dispatching, logistics, and route management
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, IFTA, and driver hiring processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work long hours and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with dispatch software and other relevant logistics tools
  • Previous experience in the freight or transportation industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Note: Freshers can also apply but you must be confident in comunicating with clients in English.
