Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dialer - Cold Caller. The role is based in the United States, with some flexibility for remote work. The Dialer - Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce our services, set appointments, and generate leads. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining a record of communications, and following up with potential clients. Additional responsibilities involve understanding client needs and effectively communicating how our services can benefit their business.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Website Development, and Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools
