Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Closer located in Islamabad. The Senior Closer will be responsible for handling the entire closing process within our call center, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and customers. This includes effective communication, managing escrow accounts, providing top-notch customer service, and closing deals efficiently. The role involves working closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet and exceed closing targets and contribute to the company's overall success.

  • Familiarity with Escrow processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment

  • Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
