Waada Digital is looking for a Business Development Executive to build and strengthen relationships with our partner banks. This role involves driving business growth, ensuring smooth collaboration with banking teams, and meeting shared objectives. The position requires regular travel to other cities of Pakistan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners in the assigned region.
  • Work closely with bank staff to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Train and support partners/banks on our products and processes.
  • Collaborate with other banks to design and execute strategies for mutual business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and share regular performance updates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel to various cities in to engage with banking teams and drive results.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, banking, or financial services.

Preferred Skills / Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales and partnership goals.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Sindh and Baluchistan.
  • Experience with financial products or insurance is a plus.

Job Requirements:

  • Full time role.
  • The role will be based in Sukkur/Larkana with frequent travelling to other cities.
