About Us

We are a growing company in the dairy sector looking for a Food Scientist to help us develop new products and improve existing ones, while ensuring food safety and quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and test dairy product recipes.
  • Run lab and pilot plant trials and support scale-up.
  • Improve taste, texture, shelf life, and nutrition.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards (local and international).
  • Prepare product documents, labels, and quality records.
  • Work closely with other teams in operations and quality.

Requirements

  • Education: BSc/MSc in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in food or dairy R&D/production.
  • Knowledge of milk processing and food safety systems (HACCP, ISO, Halal, labeling rules).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
