About the Role:

COTHM is seeking a dedicated and academically strong female Research Supervisor to guide postgraduate students in their research and thesis work. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, proven research experience, and a passion for mentoring students in Business and Economics disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Provide guidance on research design, methodology, and data analysis.
• Assist students in preparing and publishing research papers.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on student research progress.
• Conduct workshops or seminars related to research methods and writing.
• Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the research culture within the institution.

Requirements:

• Qualification: M.Phil in Business Management or Economics (PhD preferred but not required).
• Publications: Minimum of two (2) research publications in recognized academic journals.
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching or research supervision will be an advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong command of research methods and academic writing.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet academic deadlines.
