About the RoleMindrind is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr, Cost Accountant to manage cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis for the company. The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Responsibilities Prepare and analyze cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and control production, operational, and project costs.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain cost accounting systems and records.
  • Assist management in pricing, profitability analysis, and financial decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Cost Accountant (manufacturing/IT industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ACCA/ ICMA/ CA Inter qualification is a plus.
