Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Temu Specialist to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Temu marketplace operations, including product research, listing optimization, competitor analysis, and sales growth strategies. You will be responsible for handling the complete Temu account management cycle—from product uploads to campaign execution and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed product and competitor research to identify profitable opportunities on Temu.
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, and images).
  • Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales.
  • Run and monitor Temu campaigns to improve product visibility.
  • Coordinate with operations and design teams for timely fulfillment and branding needs.
  • Track account KPIs, prepare performance reports, and suggest growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Temu policies and stay updated with marketplace trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Temu, AliExpress, Amazon, or other online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of product research, listing optimization, and marketplace analytics.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

  • Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
