Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee relations. The role involves creating job descriptions, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and addressing employee grievances.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience of 1-2 years
  • Experience in designing an intergrated HR system for local companies
  • Experience in developing HR Policies and Job Description Development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the signage and visibility
