Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include recruiting, developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will also handle performance management, employee benefits, staffing, and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience with recruiting, staffing, and employee onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Proficiency in managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws
  • Skills in creating a positive work environment and maintaining employee engagement
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in using HR software and tools
  • Prior experience in an HR role within a similar industry is a plus
