Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee key projects within our organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing clear direction.
  • Scope Management: Define project scope and ensure that it aligns with organizational goals, while also managing scope changes effectively.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make cost-effective decisions to meet financial goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, develop risk response plans, and maintain proactive risk monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, team members, and management, providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement strategies to keep projects on schedule.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, considering skill sets and workload, to optimize project productivity.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues and obstacles that may arise during the project, seeking solutions and making decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • PMP certification is compulsory.
  • Must have prior startup experience and be comfortable navigating the fast-paced, often ambiguous nature of startup environments.
  • 2-3 years of experience
    as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.s
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Atlassian Jira.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
