Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and implementing complex infrastructure IT projects within the organization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage large-scale infrastructure IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to resolve issues and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in the IT infrastructure sector.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
