Marketing & Procurement Specialist – Steel Structures / PEB Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional with proven experience in marketing, sales, or procurement within the steel structure or pre-engineered building (PEB) industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of steel structure materials, vendors, and market trends, along with the ability to build client relationships, negotiate with suppliers, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote steel structure and PEB solutions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for procurement of steel and related materials.
  • Manage client accounts, prepare proposals, and support bid submissions.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with technical requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the steel/PEB industry.
  • Prepare BOQs and cost comparisons in collaboration with estimation teams.
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of procurement materials to meet project schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (Engineering background is a plus).
  • 3–6 years of experience in 
    marketing or procurement in the steel structure / PEB / construction industry
    .
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and client relationship skills.
  • Understanding of steel fabrication, erection processes, and material specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems or procurement tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Worked with companies specializing in 
    Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), industrial sheds, space frames, or steel fabrication
    .
  • Experience in handling 
    both domestic and international suppliers
    .
