About the Role:

We are seeking a
Procurement Manager
with strong experience in the
cable industry
, preferably within
e-commerce or trading environments
. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, sourcing, pricing negotiations, and ensure the smooth procurement of
electrical, power, or communication cables and related materials
to support business operations and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    procurement strategies
    specifically for
    cable products and accessories.
  • Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with
    cable manufacturers, distributors, and vendors.
  • Negotiate
    contracts, prices, and delivery schedules
    to optimize costs and ensure timely supply.
  • Coordinate with
    sales, inventory, and warehouse teams
    to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure all procurement activities align with
    quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and handle any issues related to quality or delays.
  • Identify
    new product lines and suppliers
    to expand offerings in the cable category.
  • Maintain proper documentation, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 4–7 years of procurement experience
    in the
    cable / electrical / wire industry (mandatory).
  • Strong background in
    vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization.
  • Experience in
    e-commerce procurement
    or trading platforms preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of
    cable specifications, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, ERP, or procurement management systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
